SUSTAINABLE OPERATING STRATEGIES / ORGANIZATIONAL SELF-ASSESSMENT

The Sustainable Operating Strategies (SOS) for Alumni Organizations Seminar provides a roadmap for alumni organizations to follow, to effectively manage and operate their activities and their organization. The activities and strategies included in the SOS are what we consider to be essential to operating a “high performing organization.” Although you may choose to implement additional activities, these should not be excluded from your discussions and ultimately incorporated in your action plans.
