About the Annual Conference
Each year, the NHBCUAAF Alumni Leaders Conference brings together National Alumni Association leaders, chapter representatives, institutional partners, volunteers, and key stakeholders from across the country for a national convening focused on strengthening HBCU alumni leadership and impact.
This annual conference provides a dedicated space for alumni leaders to exchange ideas, share proven strategies, build meaningful connections, and explore practical solutions that help alumni associations operate with greater strength, deepen engagement, increase giving, develop future leaders, and better support the HBCUs they serve.
Whether you are an association president, officer, board member, chapter leader, volunteer, or emerging alumni leader, the conference offers valuable insights, resources, and relationships to help increase your impact year after year.

The 12th Annual NHBCUAAF HBCU Alumni Virtual Leaders Conference
This year’s theme, “HBCU Alumni Associations: Collective Power, New Resources and a New Era,” reflects a defining moment for alumni leaders nationwide. As HBCUs respond to evolving challenges and expanding opportunities, alumni associations have an essential role in strengthening institutions, mobilizing graduates, and building sustainable support for future generations.
The conference will bring together National Alumni Association leaders, chapter representatives, and key stakeholders for meaningful dialogue, proven strategies, and innovative solutions that strengthen alumni impact across the HBCU community.
